Welcome to J. Rodger Aesthetics. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Information

J. Rodger Aesthetics is a professional aesthetics clinic operated by a fully qualified and insured nurse, offering a range of advanced skin and aesthetic treatments. The clinic operates under Scottish law and complies with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.

2. Appointments & Booking Policy

  • All appointments must be booked in advance.

  • A £30 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.

  • Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice will allow your deposit to be transferred to a future booking.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or fail to attend, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Late Arrival

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your treatment, and your appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

5. Medical & Consent

  • Prior to treatment, you will be asked to complete a medical history and consent form.

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information.

  • J. Rodger Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment based on medical suitability or safety concerns.

6. Aftercare & Results

  • Aftercare advice will be provided for all treatments. It is your responsibility to follow this advice to ensure optimal results and minimise risk.

  • Results from treatments may vary depending on individual factors and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Age Restrictions

  • Clients must be 18 years or older for all injectable or advanced aesthetic treatments.

  • ID may be required to confirm age.

8. Pricing & Payments

  • All treatment prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Full payment is required at the time of treatment, minus any deposit already paid.

9. Complaints Policy

  • We are committed to providing high-quality service. If you are not satisfied, please raise any concerns in writing to info@jrodgeraesthetics.co.uk within 7 days of your treatment.

  • We will investigate and respond in accordance with our complaints handling procedure.

10. Privacy Policy

  • All client data is handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Personal and medical information is treated as confidential and will not be shared without your consent, unless required by law.
